Responsibilities:
· Meet with prospective customers to assess their security needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
· Generate leads and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and hit sales targets.
· Demonstrate product knowledge and provide customer education on the features and benefits of our security systems.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Keep up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
· Attending and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the alarm and security industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong ability to build relationships with customers and close sales.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Ability to think creatively and develop new strategies to drive sales.
· Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
· Ability to pass a background check.
