Hickory, NC- AlarmSouth is excited to announce the acquisition of friendly competitor Signal Technologies Inc.
In addition President/Owner Matt Laws has joined the AlarmSouth team as a Commercial Fire & Life Safety engineer.
Matt has over 20 years in the Security industry with a background in Military Electronics.
AlarmSouth is a family owned and operated security integrator headquartered in Statesville, NC. For over 55 years AlarmSouth has provided security for our community and the Carolinas. Today AlarmSouth is operated by three generations delivering the best technology, quality and service. We believe this merger of talent will further enhance the level of service expected by our customers.
The acquisition will bring many opportunities to expand Hickory area services, while continuing the close relationship between Matt Laws and clients. AlarmSouth of Hickory will now handle all of the Security and Life safety needs for legacy Signal Technologies Customers.

AlarmSouth will now be providing the Siemens product line, which will expand our capabilities in the Commercial Fire
and Life Safety platform. The new products integrated with our current services will allow AlarmSouth to handle any
commercial and residential project in the Hickory area and the surrounding counties.
The AlarmSouthteam has been working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible for customers. Over the
